As a Fractional / Interim CHRO and Executive Transformation Partner, I step into critical inflection points: growth, international expansion, restructuring, M&A, organizational redesign, HR transformation or leadership transition. I start with the business problem, not HR. I diagnose what is constraining performance, challenge assumptions, and translate business ambition into the organization, leadership, capabilities, workforce and operating model required to execute. My role can range from diagnosis and design to leading transformation through implementation, or providing CHRO-level leadership during transition. I bring 35 years of international experience across pharmaceuticals, biotech and AI-driven biotech, including Novo Nordisk, Shire, Takeda, Galderma and Absci. I have led growth, restructurings, organizational and HR transformations, leadership and succession, and complex change across Europe, the US and global markets.
