I build and rebuild supply chain systems and processes, and I specialise in aftermarket and spare parts operations. Clients bring me in when an operation is new, being merged, or not working to expectations.
Track record: at HP I centralised parts planning, buying and repair for several business units into one global hub and led its 250-person organisation, with US$250M+ annual spend: inventory down 20% while service rose 75%, backorders cut from 4,000 a day to about 100. I was on Hyundai's founding team building parts operations from zero, built Nike's yard management system in Belgium, and delivered a control tower in Oman for 3,500 vehicles (6,000+ today) that took lost-time injuries from 28 a year to zero.
