Nearly 8 years at EY-Parthenon (Associate Director) leading programmes across 100+ countries:
- J&J / Kenvue ($40B spin-off): EMEA delivery lead, 30+ markets, Day 1 with no disruption
- MSD / Organon ($9B carve-out): separation of 4,000+ regulated SKUs in 100+ countries
- Medtronic / Mozarc JV: commercial Day 1 lead, CRM / Salesforce migration
- Swiss manufacturing sites divestiture: one-week cut-over plan
- PE value creation PMO: $20M realised in year 1
